Customize your company branding for invoices

Overview

Company branding allows you to customize how your company appears on invoices, making them professional and consistent with your brand identity.

Accessing Branding Settings

  1. Go to SettingsBranding
  2. View and edit branding options

Branding Elements

Upload your company logo:

  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select image file
  3. Crop/resize if needed
  4. Save

Logo Guidelines:

  • Recommended size: 200x200px
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP
  • Transparent background recommended
  • Max file size: 5MB

Brand Colors

Set your brand colors:

  • Primary Color - Main brand color (hex code)
  • Secondary Color - Accent color (hex code)

Colors are used for:

  • Headers and accents
  • Buttons and links
  • Invoice styling
  • Email templates

Font Family

Choose font for invoices:

  • Default - System default
  • Serif - Traditional serif fonts
  • Sans-serif - Modern sans-serif fonts
  • Monospace - Fixed-width fonts

Company Information

Add your company details:

  • Company Name - Your business name
  • Address - Street address
  • City - City
  • State/Province - State or province
  • Postal Code - ZIP or postal code
  • Country - Country
  • Phone - Contact phone number
  • Email - Contact email
  • Website - Company website URL

Customize invoice footer:

  • Footer Text - Custom text displayed at bottom
  • Terms & Conditions - Link to terms page
  • Privacy Policy - Link to privacy policy

Default Currency

Set default currency for your organization:

  • Select from currency list
  • Used for new invoices
  • Can be overridden per invoice

Preview

Preview your branding:

  1. Make changes
  2. Click Preview
  3. See how invoice looks
  4. Adjust as needed

Applying Branding

Branding is automatically applied to:

  • Invoices - All invoices use branding
  • PDFs - Generated PDFs include branding
  • Emails - Email templates use branding
  • Payment Pages - Payment forms use branding
